Kopsch & Boiok Ferienhaus GbR, Gerswalde, that's what we are doing. We are the two sisters Janine Kopsch and Marlen Boiok. This means that our business is not just a small family business, it's also, apart from the women's quota, completly femal owners led. We are proud of that and look forward to seeing you in our beautiful Uckermark by spending the night in.

... OUR IDEA

The idea for the vacation home came to us because of the great demand in our region from friends and because we like to have our own business. The vacation home was once the home of the district master chimney sweep and now we can take it to you offer overnight stays. We also love the pool and lovely chimney and we are our own out of season Guests and love to come to the cottage to relax with our own families too. So we know what You need for a relaxing holiday in a vacation home and hope that you will find everything in it and maybe we can even surprise you.

Inspire Families, small groups and couples from the region, the tranquility and the quality of nature in the Uckermark. We have prepared the holiday home for this purpose and look forward to your feedback to us after your stay - let us know if we fulfill our mission.

The Uckermark is our home and We find it most beautiful at home. Therefore, we with the cottage and its furnishings attach great importance to making you and your guests feel at home. A little rural oasis with pool and chimney away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and lovely designed, also for the smallest members in your family. We look forward to your stay and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
